🚛 ثانيًا: سياسة التوصيل والاستلام
يتم توصيل المنتج خلال مدة تتراوح بين 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب، طبقًا لطبيعة المنتج المختار.
لمعرفة المدة الفعلية الخاصة بالمنتج المطلوب، يُرجى التواصل مع خدمة المبيعات.
يتم التوصيل حتى الدور الثاني فقط، بشرط توفر ممرات وسلالم مناسبة لسلامة عملية الرفع.
في حال كان العنوان في طابق أعلى من الدور الثاني أو لم تتوفر ممرات مناسبة، يجب على العميل توفير ونش على نفقته الخاصة.
مسؤولية الشركة تقتصر على تسليم المنتج بحالته الأصلية من المصنع، ولا تتحمل أي أضرار أو تكاليف ناتجة عن استخدام الونش.
يمكن للشركة المساعدة في تنظيم عملية الرفع، ولكن دون أي مسؤولية مباشرة عن التنفيذ.
