Our store and supply model

Oscar Furniture operates at oscarfurnitur.com, offering and selling furniture and decor in cooperation with different suppliers. The manufacturer, preparation time and warranty may vary by product. Listing a product does not mean that every item is manufactured by Oscar Furniture. Our customer service team follows up on orders and complaints and coordinates with the relevant supplier.

Specifications and order confirmation

Prices, dimensions, materials, colours and included components are reviewed before confirmation. We do not substitute products or change agreed specifications or costs without the customer's consent. Custom requirements are recorded in writing and their effects on preparation and returns are explained before production. Supplier-specific terms must be disclosed before contracting and cannot override statutory consumer rights.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds unless otherwise displayed. The order total, agreed delivery or installation charges and payment method are disclosed before confirmation. Under the disclosed order terms, a 20% deposit applies to orders exceeding EGP 10,000, or 50% for customised dimensions or colours. The actual deposit is explained before payment and credited toward, not added to, the total. Any advance delivery payment is also identified in the order details.

Preparation and delivery

Preparation varies by product, supplier and customisation. Our shipping policy provides general details; the expected delivery date and any lifting or installation requirements are explained before confirmation. We notify customers of material changes. Delays do not remove statutory rights.

Returns and warranties

Our Returns and Exchanges policy and applicable consumer rights govern returns. Supplier differences do not excuse failure to handle a complaint or denial of a statutory remedy. Product-specific warranty terms, where applicable, are disclosed before purchase and do not reduce statutory warranties. Delivery acceptance does not waive rights concerning defects.

Website use and privacy

Please provide accurate order information and do not misuse the website or publish misleading material or content infringing third-party rights. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Images and content remain the property of their respective rights holders and require permission for commercial reuse.
