Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Oscar Furniture sells and supplies furniture in cooperation with different suppliers. We receive after-sales requests and coordinate with the relevant supplier. Supplier differences do not remove the customer's rights under this policy or applicable law.

Standard products

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery without needing to establish a defect, subject to statutory exceptions. The product must not have been altered by the customer in a way that prevents restoration to its condition at purchase. We do not impose administrative charges or automatic deductions on legally entitled returns.

Products made to individual specifications

A product made to measurements or specifications selected by the customer and conforming to them is excluded from change-of-mind returns. Specifications and any deposit are disclosed before order confirmation. This exception does not remove rights relating to defects or failure to meet the agreed specifications.

Defective or non-conforming products

Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs if available. Customers may request replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery in accordance with applicable law, without additional cost. Longer warranty or statutory rights remain unaffected.

Requesting assistance and refunds

Use our Contact page, email help@oscarfurnitur.com, or call 01280555527. We explain inspection and collection arrangements; customers are not required to negotiate with a supplier alone.

Eligible refunds are made through the original payment method within the applicable legal deadlines. For the defect cases described above, replacement or refund is carried out within one week of the request under the applicable rules. We provide the transaction reference when a refund is processed.

Supplier terms and cancellation

Any special manufacturing, delivery or cancellation terms must be disclosed before confirmation and cannot reduce statutory rights. A sourced or out-of-stock product is not automatically a custom-made product. Cancellation requests for custom orders are assessed against production progress, the disclosed agreement and applicable rights, without automatic deposit forfeiture or a blanket deduction percentage.
