  يتم التوصيل حتى الدور الثاني فقط، بشرط توفر ممرات وسلالم مناسبة لسلامة عملية الرفع.

  في حال كان العنوان في طابق أعلى من الدور الثاني أو لم تتوفر ممرات مناسبة، يجب على العميل توفير ونش على نفقته الخاصة.
