14 days for standard products From delivery, even without a defect, subject to statutory exceptions. The product must not have been altered by the customer in a way that prevents restoring its original condition. No administrative fees or automatic deductions on legally entitled returns.
30 days for defects or mismatch Request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery under applicable law, without extra cost. Longer warranty or statutory rights remain unaffected.
Made to your specifications A product made to your individual specifications and matching them is excluded from change-of-mind returns. Defect and non-conformity rights remain. Sourced or out-of-stock items are not automatically custom-made.
Refund to your original payment method Eligible refunds follow applicable legal deadlines. For the defect cases covered by the policy, replacement or refund is completed within one week of the request under applicable rules. We provide the refund reference.
To make a request Have your order number, a description of the issue and photos if available. Contact us to arrange inspection and collection; you do not need to negotiate with the supplier alone.
