  • يتم التوصيل حتى الدور الثاني فقط، بشرط توفر ممرات وسلالم مناسبة لسلامة عملية الرفع.

  • في حال كان العنوان في طابق أعلى من الدور الثاني أو لم تتوفر ممرات مناسبة، يجب على العميل توفير ونش على نفقته الخاصة.

  • مسؤولية الشركة تقتصر على تسليم المنتج بحالته الأصلية من المصنع، ولا تتحمل أي أضرار أو تكاليف ناتجة عن استخدام الونش.

  • يمكن للشركة المساعدة في تنظيم عملية الرفع، ولكن دون أي مسؤولية مباشرة عن التنفيذ.
