🛍 First: Terms and conditions to benefit from offers and discounts

Discount rates and how to benefit

  • 10% discount
    (No minimum order) Maximum discount limit 3000 EGP
  • 15% discount
    When purchasing for no less than 19,999 EGP. Maximum discount limit 6000 EGP
  • 20% discount
    When purchasing for no less than 49,999 EGP. Maximum discount limit 15,000 EGP

The higher the invoice value, the greater the discount percentage granted according to the maximum announced for each tier.

Rules for Combining Offers

  • More than one discount cannot be combined on the same invoice.
  • 🔸 For example: a cash discount cannot be combined with an installment offer.
  • The customer is not entitled to receive the same discount more than once on the same order or purchase.
  • No more than two offers can be combined at the same time, such as:
    • Cash discount + installment.
    • Discount + Products sold at cost price.
    • Or any other concurrent offers.

Products Excluded from Discounts

Products sold at cost price are not subject to any discounts or financing offers, as they are already sold at their actual cost.

Welcome to Oscar Furniture, the social platform connecting homeowners with professionals specialized in furniture design and implementation and decor.

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement governing your use of the Oscar Furniture website and app (collectively referred to as the "platform").

Registration and Account Usage

  • Using some platform services requires registration with accurate and up-to-date information.

Purchase and Payment

  • If the total order exceeds 10,000 Egyptian pounds, 30% must be paid as a booking deposit.
  • In case of modifying sizes or colors for any product, 50% is paid in advance.

Acceptable Use

Using the platform for any activities that violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or publish inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content is forbidden.

The use of any automated means to collect data or affect site performance is prohibited.

User Content

  • When publishing any content (images, comments, reviews), you grant the platform the right to use it for commercial and promotional purposes without compensation.
  • Intellectual property rights of the content remain yours, with your commitment not to infringe on others' rights.
  • We reserve the right to modify or delete any content that violates the terms or laws.
